Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

All payments  for sessions are 100% non-refundable once paid.  All appointments must be paid for prior to scheduling.

If you need to reschedule your appointment to a later date, you may do so through the website at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will be allowed to reschedule the appointment one time before your payment will be forfeited.

To ensure the most rewarding session possible, it is important for all live sessions to begin on time. If for some reason you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, we will need to reschedule your session for a future date.
